Co-Op Local Community Fund
Through this fund, FCS Talking Therapies would like to run mental wellbeing groups in 4 locations, each running for 6 weeks, 6 times a year. These could include topics such as dealing with dementia, anxiety or menopause.
This support is essential not only in facilitating group sessions but to help dispel the misinformation that are often found online, and provide an opportunity to host discussions based on what has been learnt, reflected upon, evaluated and concluded within the group as well as removing mental health stigmas.
