What our Core Counselling Service offers

How can counselling help you?

Your counselling sessions will be a safe, confidential place for you to talk through the things that trouble you with either a qualified counsellor or trainee placement counsellor.

Your counsellor will work with you to find real solutions to your problems. For example, learning how to approach difficult situations or cope with overwhelming feelings.

All sessions are one-to-one and last around 50 minutes. You can meet your counsellor in-person or online.

Assessment

When you refer to our service, an initial assessment will be completed with one of our highly trained team, to ensure we are the right service for you and to find out additional information about you so that we are able to meet your current needs.

The assessment will usually last around 30/40 minutes and costs the same a session shown below.

When booking your assessment with us, one of the skilled admin team will be able to provide more detail if required.
